 WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS & DUTIES?

  • We ship from the USA and Europe, so if you’re an international customer you are responsible for customs & duties within your own country if we are unable to fulfill your order in your home country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. ADHWÉ is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. WHY DO I HAVE DUPLICATE CHARGES?

  • The first (or multiple) time(s) that you attempted to submit your order, you received an error message pop-up that stated that the incorrect billing address was provided. Pending authorizations may have been created because the incorrect information was provided or multiple submission clicks were made at the time your order was placed. The pending authorizations are not charges and should drop off your account in about 3-5 business days. Days may be longer or shorter depending on the practices of your banking institution.  If your order has posted multiple times please first call your bank to ensure these are posted transactions. Please have your bank file a dispute on your behalf so that we can validate these charges and take the appropriate action. We will make sure we work to resolve this issue best of our capabilities. 


WHAT CAN I DO IF MY PROMO CODE ISN'T WORKING?

  • Codes are case sensitive so please check your caps lock. If you are still having trouble applying your promo code please contact our customer care team here. EMAIL: customersupport@adhwe.com and please give us 24 hours to respond. We will aim to respond faster but there are times where the taco shop down the street might have other plans for us.
