SHIPPING

  • DOES ADHWÉ SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    Yes, but not all countries; we don't ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.For now, ADHWÉ doesn't ship orders to Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Syria and North Korea. This list may change periodically.

    We ship internationally to all other countries!

  • Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping Time does not include processing time of 2-7 business days
  • 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less
  • We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products everything is made to order. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. It can get a bit confusing, that's why we've made these tables to help you out.
  • We 100% plan to increase these turn/shipping times but we just need you to support the local biz in the mean time quality is our focus because super heroes aren't made over night but they will always work for you! 

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER

Send and email to customersupport@adhwe.com to receive authorization of your return within 30 days of receiving your item. Please include the following details in your email:

  • Order number
  • What you’re returning
  • Reason for return
  • Picture of the product returning and any issues stated in the email


Once approved you will be provided with return address to send your item/s back. Please include original invoice so we can identify your order. Before returning please ensure you’ve read and understood our returns policy, if any item/s are returned that don’t meet our policy will be returned back to the customer.

ADHWÉ is not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services and taking note of your tracking number. Returned items must be sent by a prepaid method of shipping. Before returning please ensure you’ve read and understood our returns policy.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?

  • All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out. However we're always here to help if you watched Tidying Up with Marie Kondo and meant to delete all the emails that didn't bring you joy and you realized we definitely bring you joy shoot us an email and we'll send that tracking # back out to you! customersupport@adhwe.com
  • Note that international shipment tracking may take up to a few days to display any updates but that doesn't necessarily mean the shipment is lost.

TRACKING MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR:

  • International shipments going out from US locations with no rush or flat rate shipping methods
  • International shipments going out from our Europe location with no rush, economy, or flat rate shipping methods.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

  • We accept order cancellation requests if you contact our team same day order has been placed and before 12pm MST as orders are packed and dispatched daily.


PAYMENT SECURITY

  • All transactions submitted through our website are protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption which encrypts information you input to protect it from interception by outside parties.
  • ADHWÉ is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. While we make every endeavor to ensure every shopping experience with us is a good one, in the event a credit card is used without the holder's authorization, the card holder must notify their credit card provider in accordance with their reporting rules and procedures.
